The Evergarden story commenced in 2018. Inspired by a shared understanding of the Melbourne property market and driven by a passion to provide personalised, professional services, Elisa Xia and Aaron Li bonded their backgrounds in commerce and industry experience to create Evergarden.
While the group is now well and truly established, Evergarden believes the company is merely in its early development stage. With a philosophical value that is still under continuous refinement, the group’s ambition is to ensure every project is a respectful reflection of the community and culture, and demonstrations an appreciation for the historical and natural surrounds of the land.
Evergarden also feels a strong sense of responsibility to develop a close connection with communities to foster personal growth within young people, and encourages and advocates for entrepreneurial opportunities. Evergarden also seeks to create workforce opportunities and takes upon itself to help reduce unemployment.
Sustainability is a key design consideration and all recycling, energy conservation, green energy and environmentally friendly approaches are taken.
