Evergarden’s experienced team is actively involved from conception to post-settlement. We identify pockets of the property market headed for strong growth and ensure all construction costs and finances are accounted for. Prior to land acquisition we will assess the project risk, negotiate the best purchase price, and forecast any possible changing conditions. We calculate the best way to sub-divide and pool together the best in the field to craft architectural living and working spaces that complement its surrounds.

Achieving all of your project goals within the given constraints, our project managers initiate, plan, execute and manage the way that new initiatives or changes are implemented within a project.

We provide clear development documentation and ensure we are acutely aware of any council regulations or construction changes. Most importantly, we proactively communicate with our trade professionals to meet our pre-determined construction timelines. We are actively on the ground to inspect the quality of construction. Upon completion of the build phase, we utilise our expertise in project marketing and the sales process, before meeting our end goal of a stress-free settlement.

Working closely with our architects, our dedicated construction manager works collaboratively with other industry professionals to, always, achieve the highest architectural standards. Our intention is to ensure every project is a reflection of community needs. We build residential and retail spaces that both respect and enhance their surroundings. Where possible, we reduce costs, given our breadth of contacts in the construction industry, but we never skip out on quality. We consistently work to reduce construction times so we are able to face the sales market earlier. This all lends itself on a path towards the common goal of maximising returns.
